Retirement Plan

We want you to retire well and to help you get there. Once eligible, you will automatically be enrolled in the Chambliss, Bahner, & Stophel, P.C. Retirement Plan and 5% of your pay will be automatically invested in the plan with an automatic 1% increase annually until the maximum rate of 12% is met. Additionally, your contributions will be invested in a Vanguard Target Retirement fund, based on your date of birth and an assumed retirement age of 65.

 

As outlined below, the date range in which you were born will indicate which Vanguard Target Retirement fund will be selected on your behalf to help meet your retirement savings goals:

Vanguard Target Retirement Income: 12/31/1952 and earlier

Vanguard Target Retirement 2020:   01/01/1953 through 12/31/1957

​Vanguard Target Retirement 2025:   01/01/1958 through 12/31/1962

Vanguard Target Retirement 2030:   01/01/1963 through 12/31/1967

​Vanguard Target Retirement 2035:   01/01/1968 through 12/31/1972

Vanguard Target Retirement 2040:   01/01/1973 through 12/31/1977​

Vanguard Target Retirement 2045:   01/01/1978 through 12/31/1982

Vanguard Target Retirement 2050:   01/01/1983 through 12/31/1987

Vanguard Target Retirement 2055:   01/01/1988 through 12/31/1992

Vanguard Target Retirement 2060:   01/01/1993 through 12/31/1997

Vanguard Target Retirement 2065:   01/01/1998 through 12/31/2002

Vanguard Target Retirement 2070:   01/01/2003 and later

If you do not want to be automatically enrolled as outlined above, you should make your contribution election (and choose investment elections) or decline enrollment before the date indicated in your plan’s automatic enrollment notice.

You can make a contribution election (and choose investments) or decline enrollment by accessing enroll.voya.com. Once you are enrolled, you’ll be able to utilize the tools, education and support to help you set realistic goals, plan confidently and stay on track to become financially healthy and retire well.

Employee Contributions

 

You may contribute 0 - 100% of your annual pay, not to exceed $23,500 annually ($31,000 if you are at least age 50 and your plan has a catch-up feature). If permitted by your plan, you may be able to make additional catchup contributions between the ages of 60 - 63. Annual limitations are set by the IRS and are subject to change​.
